The following list the instruction to vote for them in the Melon Award.

By the way, I saw a lot of other sites mentioning that we can vote many times a day, I tried and I could vote also. However, I am not sure whether the vote will be valid, as in will it be reflected in the vote countings. Because it doesn't sound logical if we are allowed to vote many times but the pop up message said that we have voted today and please vote tomorrow.
Wonder if somebody who can understand korean can verify this. I just don't want to waste everybody's time in vain to vote and end of the day it is not counted, I would rather we spend time in voting for competition that we can confirm that our vote will be counted.

then when i try to register for an account it requires a social security number even though i checked the box to say that i'm a foreigner..

Which 'Vote' button did you pressed? You must press the 'Vote' button which I indicate but not the 'Vote' button on the top.

Not sure about that though.. But SHInee is taking over their place soon in 2009 star!! I really wish our votes count cas i dont think they do.. +(
The number of votes in the rank page did increase by the the number of my votes for the first few times.. but after that it doesnt. So just thinking if that first few times are just coincidence with other voters.
Thanks sQuare for checking it out... actually this is why I hesitate to ask all to try vote many times. Because I will feel bad wasting everybody's precious time.
