[News]Company strongly deny 'Flower Boy' Kim Hyun Joong attending the ex-President's birthday party [2010.01.18]

I guess some of you might have seen that I posted Leader's message in DSP just now and later removed it. It is somehow related to this news. I am posting this news up here just to let you know what is happening, so if anybody talked about this, at least we know what is the real story behind and can defend for leader.

Since this whole issue is too sensitive, I have decided to remove leader's message until I have the confirmed translation with me and if the contents is alright to post, then I will post.

For your information, the message was posted in DSP at around 12.45am and then removed, then later reposted again at around 2.02am. It was also posted in SS601, and later removed, the message is not on hold with a password lock. Anyway the content of the message is mostly leader complaining about this incident.

P/S: I guess some of you are doubting whether it is leader sending the message, I have a feeling that it is leader because the message is still in ss501.dspenter.com. If it is not from leader, it should have been deleted by the administrator now.

DO NOT POST MY COMMENTS WHEN YOU REPOST THIS NEWS!!!

Oh well i guess this is so sensitive, until make him pissed off. As i recalled he never pissed off in his diary message. So i guess this is really sensitive.
Just wonder, maybe attended former birthday party is really that big issue? Because i am not korean, so i dunno how sensitive politic situation there. I bet leader just dont want be part of political issue because this is 'ex president'. So there is political issue of course. Oh well..

What is the issue behind all this? I thought it just a miss reported news. Why is it becoming so sensitive, so big of a deal?
Is there some type of scandal behind this, because of the relationship of the former-president's son and his actress partner???

I really hope Leader doesn't get into trouble with all this.

Well i dunno, but i go to another blog site about this. And many of them said, they wont posted it, because its hurting him, its a unpleasant thing. It would hurt him more. Until now i dunno the exact content of this, but i want to beg now, so if its like that, dont post it here, if its hurting. Dont post it!

i actually think its just one over-concerned fan making it sounds like its a very impt issue. if you go around reading some blogs, its the same fan who is posting messages, asking pple to refrain from posting etc.

the korean fansites have already posted these and discuss it among themselves. I don't think its such a big thing, the fan xxrevxx or something like that just looked too deeply into this. no?

Anonymous said...

so it was just an over-reaction from the fan? is it really true what Leader wrote? there are also other fans who doubted the source, i saw from ss601 and liezle's blog.

@anonymous
yeah i read some xxrevxx about that, and thruthfully because i dunno the content, makes me more scared... so i just beg, if really hurting so dont post it..
ahhhh... thruthfully i am nervous now, you know i am imagine this is would become like jaebum 2pm case.. ohhh i hope i just think too much (because i really dunno the content, but just scared because fan reaction)

hi cagali, thanks for sharing the news to everyone, and for sharing your thoughts as well. At least we get glimpses of what's written and what's happening. I actually saw the post you made before you deleted it. It was weird reading it at first, since I didnt understand why it was posted.

but after knowing about this news, it might be that he was just venting out about the wrong report.

thanks again! :)

How amusing, what's the fuss anyways? Just because Leader acted as the President's grandson, yYun Ji Hoo, he got invited? What an honour, but Leader's name is quite common in Korea, so many big shots are called KHJ too, so it's very likely to hv mistaken identities by the media. You know how they like to sensationalise news, after all it's quite harmless. Political issues? That ex-P is already 80, he can't run for president again, he's no longer eligible. Whether it was really Leader's message or not doesn't matter, it's really quite trivial. It's not like he'll get arrested or hv his career jeapardised.
Still having some news is better than no news in showbiz.

he's not just venting out about the wrong report. I'm not an expert on Korean politics but I kinda know that ex-president Chun Doo Hwan is notorious for issues relating to bribery/ plot treason (perhaps assassination as well). I'm not too sure about this but this ex-president used to be summoned and fined by the Court. So, the matter is really serous if Leader attended the party for real. I can get the reason why he is hurt by the false news.

Mini UFO, can you please repost the Eng translation to help clearing up all the misunderstanding for Leader. Though it is something sensitive, it's definitely not about Leader's side.

Some more extra info: In 1996, former presidents Chun and Roh were jailed on charges of corruption. On December 16, they were also found guilty of treason and mutiny as part of their takeover of power. Chun was sentenced to death. That sentence was changed to a life sentence. He and Roh were pardoned a year later.

Mini UFO said...

Hi Harley,

Thanks for the info. It really clear things up why leader is mad about this issue.

I will still put the message on hold until I have a confirm translation of his message, because if you don't read his message carefully, you might misunderstood him. This is why you see none of the forums has posted the translated yet as compare to usual.

So Cagali, how ah? Better help Leader in this tight situation. We are all now getting quite concern. Didn't know that the ex-P is such a crook, but still many happily attended his party right? Poor old man.

Thank you for sharing this news. I still hope to read the translated message, even if it is a rant. Mini UFO, you are right: it will be better to support Leader understanding the context from the proper translation.

Harley, there is no Eng Translate posted yet

*Imaging Leader got upset by this n went to drink soju with YS~*

Jericho said...

As usual DSP is silent or slow or never bother to protect or clarify anything for their prized golden goose in such situations. It is harder than like getting Queen Elizabeth to say something.
As like the HK scandal, even their official clarification for YS n Leader was not true which made most fans fools to believe it. Still they are better by giving the boys a yr-end holiday unlike TVXQ's SM (Slave Management).

This morning i just saw the msg in baidu but is gone now

even ss601 locked leader msg ._.

Jericho, DSP did strongly deny Leader for not attending the Party

Mini UFO said...

Hi Jericho,

Guess it is quite sensitive issue that DSP will be handling. It is politics. Not handling it well, will lead to many more problems, guess that's why they just released the news to deny that leader attend the party.

Other than that, I guess maybe we have to wait. I don't know how DSP will handle it. Maybe they might use the silent method to quiet down this issue totally since after some time, people will just forget about this issue totally. Sometimes blowing it big might not help either.

Jericho said...

So Leader was fumming mad, wonder how he look like n probably didn't sleep the whole nite. I think it's not very wise for him to vent his displeasure this way if he dun want to be associated with that ex-P. But that's how most handle things like that. So wait till everything is settled n over.

Poor Leader. His name dragged into the mud over a false news. But in a way I think it is good that he posted his thoughts on the DSP website. It shows clearly his stand and more people would be sympathetic towards him. Is all the media's fault anyway for not getting things right the first time and creating a whole big brohaha over nothing.

Oh my! I hope everything is ok with Leader. It's the price of popularity.
Thanks for the info

So can someone clearly explain to me because i feel very hurt and sad and helpless for Leader right now. and i don't even know what's happening. I'm confused with the president thing. I hope Hyun Joong will be okay!!! Whatever happens I'll support him all the way!

Andrea said...

Same as Elise!!! I don't get the whole thing!! Why is Leader being criticized for going to the ex-P's party??

joy said...

whatever happened, hyun joong has 100% of my support!

netizens, dont do another 2PM jae stunt or you'll see us TS running over korea!

Jericho said...

Hi Elise, Andrea,

Maybe you wld hv known by now but if not here what's happened to what I know.
Seems like Leader is on his way to attend a birthday dinner with his boss, on the way his boss rec'd a call n they went to the ex-P's party. Leader was in the car while his boss just pop in for a few mins n reporters must hv spotted Leader n that started the uproar that Leader went to the ex-P party. The rest is quite obvious.

ZiLeTea said...
